Today's anime is a movie called:
Techno Police 21C テクノポリス２１Ｃ
As you can see it's a MECHA anime and who doesn't love mechs.
Techno Police 21st Century is a movie about a motorcycle cop named Ken who joins the Centinel City police force. a tank is hijacked and the police have to get it back. It's sort of standard for the time which is ok i mean it's from 1982.
it's less than 90 minutes long and can be found on youtube. which is kind of nice check it out but that's not the important part.
Now what is so important about this is who worked on it! Like straight up I was shocked but it is soo cool.

since you can't respond i'm going with yes. now Yoshitaka Amano did the character design. like The yoshitaka Amano!!
He will be seen again during this month but the other surprising thing is who the composer is.
a man who has done over 100 films. a man who is closely associated with hayao Miyazaki's work and With Beat Takeshi.
Jose Hisaishi was the composer for this.
