When you think of the anime with the most episodes what's the first one you think of?
Is it that One about a certain pirate searching for something?
Well let me give you a Piece of advice that's not even in the top 10.
I know you'd think I was lying. I was equally as shocked. The anime with the most episodes at a whopping 2,640 episodes and 8,540 segments.
The anime is Sazae San サザエさん.
This anime was first aired October 5 in 1969. If that seems long ago the manga is even older. It started April 22, 1946. For a show that's been around for so long many people haven't heard of it. Well maybe that's not true. It's still running.
What is Sazae San about asked no one because this is purely for myself. Well Sazae-san is the main character, Fugata Sazae a homemaker in her mid twenties. It's a slice of life anime. In the house is Sazae san, her husband, her son, younger siblings and her parents. It's sort of nostalgia which is kind of nice. It has obviously deviated from the manga in ways because well it's outlasted that. the episodes are short and a nice way to practice your Japanese listening skills.

Anyway you can watch some episodes on Youtube of course but binging is hard because it's really available.
